Client’s can choose from 3 edit suites, all accessing a shared 24TB Terrablock file server. We offer 2 fully loaded Avid Media Composer Nitris DX suites with popular effects and titling plug-ins such as Sapphire, Type Deko, Boris Red and After Effects. These workstations provide the latest technology and speed in 720p and 1080i High Definition finishing. Despite the buzz regarding Final Cut Pro, 90% of films, broadcast and cable television is edited with Avid Media Composer. Should a client prefer Final Cut Pro, we have a FCP suite equipped with a Kona3 HD-SDI board and AJA FS-1. For voice over and sound design we employ industry standard Pro-Tools. For voice-over work we have deep resources top notch voice over talent. Remote talent can beheard via Telos phone patch which is also part of the audio suite.

And instead of relying on software rendering of DVDs we employ the Sonic SD-1000 serial digital MPEG2 encoder. This cinematic level encoder provides real-time encoding, so rendering bottlenecks for those mad rushes to FedEx can be avoided. For DVD authoring we employ industry standard application; DVD Studio, Sonic Scenarist and DVDitPRO . All production will also end up on the Web, Facebook and/or YouTube. To support the wide array of file formats, compression is performed by a wide array of tools, Sorenson Squeeze, QuickTime Pro and Main Concept. We're the area’s leading service bureau for the creation of Flash Video, QuickTime, Windows Media Player, and Pod Casting files.

Take One supports DVCPROHD (HDTV), P2 (HDTV), HDV (Kinda HDTV), Digital Betacam, DVCPRO50, DVCAM, DVD, Blu-Ray, BetacamSP, MiniDV, SVHS, 3/4"SP and VHS. We offer LTO3 back-up technology to insure your job is protected and can be restored for future iterations.
