Take One was hired to conceptualize, design, and produce two major print campaigns for USi. Each campaign is a multi-part, full-page series highlighted in three trade magazines — Profit, Oracle, and Internet Retailer — appealing to two different audiences. The Profit and Oracle campaigns made use of “white glove” imagery and played with the concepts of other applications providers not offering the same level of service, flexibility, value, and responsiveness as USi.
USi was named one of the “Top 100 Best Places to Work in IT in 2007” by ComputerWorld magazine in 2007. The "white glove" series ran in the June issue of the magazine with the announcement.
The Internet Retailer campaign focused on managers in IT departments feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done. Take One created a “Post-It Note” campaign that used humorous imagery and direct messaging to prompt the reader to call USi for help. The campaigns also initiated several consistent design and messaging elements for tradeshow materials, online advertising, banner ads, and supplements.
