When is technical support available?
Take One technical support is available by phone during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am till 5:00 pm EST.
We prefer to receive support requests via email, as it entails less waiting on your part, and because email enables us to be more detailed and precise in our communication. Most of our technicians check their email after hours as well. For email support, contact support@take-one.net.
