Dan Powell is our President and Executive Producer. He founded Take One in 1981 and quickly established us as an innovative media production center. Today, Take One works with regional broadcast, industrial, government, and educational clients in Annapolis, Washington, and Baltimore.
Dan's extensive body of work in commercial and corporate television has earned him numerous Aegis, Communicator, Telly, and Vision awards. In recent years, Dan has successfully led Take One into the digital future, maintaining a competitive edge in Web design and multimedia production that enables us to exceed clients' expectations time and time again.

Liz Thibodeau
Account Manager
Liz is the Account Manager at Take One. She acts as Project Manager on our GSA contracts as well as the company liaison on our government awards. Liz is also handling the new business development side of things here at Take One. She has 16 years experience in the industry and is a Syracuse University, Newhouse School of Public Communications graduate. She began her career in television news in Boston and developed a successful medical program with a consortium of Boston area hospitals.
Liz has built upon this accomplishment with medical research, writing, and production for clients such as Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins medical publishers, Drager Critical Care Systems, and DW Simpson and Company.

Eric Grupp
Writer/Director
Eric is Take One's resident wordsmith and project overseer, producing and writing for all types of media. Since entering the industry in 1976, Eric's experience has taken him from the production of film and video in every state and overseas, to projects implementing the latest in print, Web, and CD-ROM styles and technologies.
Eric has achieved recognition in the areas of producing, writing, and directing, winning numerous Telly Awards as well as communication awards in the areas of technology, medicine, and agriculture. His goal is to shepherd clients' projects from concept to completion so they arrive with their original visions intact.

Michelle Domingo
Project Manager/Web Hosting Administrator
Michelle provides production management for key accounts, tracking progress to ensure adherence to project goals, schedules, and budget parameters. A graduate of Towson University and the Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, Michelle also serves as client liaison for Web hosting administration, and manages Take One’s replication, duplication, and fulfillment services.

Karin Hannah
Multimedia Director
Karin is Take One's art director, working in our Interactive Division as lead designer on multimedia projects and Web site development.
Karin graduated from the Maryland Institute of Art, concentrating on computer graphics at the University of Maryland Image Lab. She now has 17 years of digital graphic design experience in advertising, interactive, Web, and print media. Karin is an expert in developing user interfaces, illustrations, and content graphics for training courseware, CD-ROM demos, presentations, and Web sites.

Devin Lyttle
Senior Interactive Designer
A graduate of Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts, Devin’s professional expertise has come to encompass typography, illustration, print, logos/identity packages, 3D animation, Web design/programming (HTML, Flash, Shockwave), CD-ROM development, and interface design. Currently, Devin is the driving force behind Take One’s expanding capabilities in DVD interface design and authoring.
Prior to joining Take One, Devin worked directly with a variety of regional corporate clients and ad agencies.

Donna Murphy
Graphic Designer
Donna Murphy is a multi-talented graphic designer and multimedia developer with over ten years of production experience in illustration, advanced electronic imaging, 2D animation, layout, and interactive CD/DVD presentations. Her extensive design/illustration knowledge, combined with an impressive academic background in corporate communications and design, provides clients with a well-rounded mix of resources for art production, desktop publishing, and Web site design.

Rob Pfefferkorn
Programmer
A programming wiz, Rob is an expert VB/ASP programmer with enterprise-level experience designing Web site front and back ends.
Rob’s strengths are many, embracing Microsoft Access and SQL Server, client-side scripting, server-side scripting, and COM components, as well as e-commerce, content managers, streaming media, SMIL, and data driven Web site development. Rob’s priority to combining user-friendly interfaces with rock-solid functionality.

Sam Giuliano
Programmer
Building on his BS Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Sam's forte is building Web sites that are e-commerce enabled and data driven. Sam is an expert in such tools as Cold Fusion, PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, Perl, and XML, and he also has a keen eye for design, which distinguishes him from most other programmers. As a result, Sam is a master of usability, as clearly demonstrated by his clean, efficient shopping carts.

Andy Clemenko
IT Manager/System Administrator
Andy's goal is to maintain response time at industry-leading levels, to ensure that our clients receive prompt, informed, solution-oriented support for all their hosting issues. Andy achieved his current high level of expertise by building upon a solid foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in electrical computer engineering. Andy continues to hone his skills through regular professional certifications.
When not preventing virtual fires, Andy is a Volunteer Firefighter, Emergency Medical Technician, and Rescue Technician.

Dave Streb
Animator
Dave provides high-end animation services using the latest tools of the trade, including Lightwave 3D, After Effects, and Aura. Dave's specialty in animation and special effects stems from over 17 years experience in the video production industry. He is well versed in modeling, surfacing, and animation for even the most highly technical, complex projects.

Mike Dunlop
Cameraman
Mike is an experienced camera operator who has worked with Take One since the company's earliest years. He shoots in virtually every professional video format and is experienced with corporate projects, industrials, TV commercials, and depositions.
Mike's ability to see the big picture during a shoot is a distinct advantage, enabling him to quickly make adjustments in lighting and camera technique that save clients time and money.

Bill Thompson
Cameraman/Jib Technician
Bill is an Emmy-winning Director of Photography whose distinguished cinematography has enhanced the messages of national clients as well as all the major television networks. Bill's expertise is wide and varied, though his specialty lies in jib, crane, and dolly work, providing clients a "moving" experience that is not soon forgotten.

Laurie Powell
Office Manager/Accounting
Manager of Take One's front office, Laurie is also the head of accounting. Her background in office management and customer service contributes directly to her indispensability at Take One.
Laurie is point-of-contact for accounts payable and receivable. She can always be counted upon to go the extra mile when working with both new and existing clients.
