Take One Is The Proud Winner Of A 2008 W³ Award

Annapolis, MD – October 14, 2008

Take One Digital Media is the proud winner of a 2008 W³ Award honoring outstanding websites, web advertising, and web video. The honor was awarded in the Branded Content /Non-for-Profit category for “The Polar Bear Diaries” video series on the web, part of a viral marketing campaign to promote the Special Olympics Maryland’s annual MSP Polar Bear Plunge. The event raised $3.8 Million in one day. The project was a huge success, with many other Special Olympic organizations looking to Take One to increase their revenues through innovative, non-traditional marketing.
